My work starts with listening before recommending.
My interest in functional wellness grew from a simple observation: people often know something feels off long before they have language for the pattern. I wanted a way to slow down, ask better questions, and connect the details that rushed conversations can miss.
That led me toward functional nutrition, lab-informed wellness, and coaching styles that value both useful data and the everyday realities that shape health.
Today, my work focuses on helping adults make sense of persistent low energy, digestive discomfort, sleep changes, hormone shifts, stress patterns, and other concerns that seem to overlap.
