A few things you may want to know.

Starting something new should feel clear. Here are answers to some of the questions clients often have before booking an intro call.

Still wondering about something?
What happens during the free intro call?
It is a short, no-pressure conversation about what you have been noticing, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether working together seems like a good fit. You do not need lab results or a detailed health history prepared beforehand.
Yes. Wellora is designed for one-to-one virtual support, so sessions can happen from home while still allowing enough time for thoughtful conversation, planning, and follow-up.
No. Testing is used only when it may add useful context. Your symptoms, history, routines, goals, and existing information still matter, and the process can begin without ordering additional labs.

Yes. Functional wellness support can sit alongside your existing medical care. It does not replace your physician, diagnosis, prescribed treatment, or emergency care.
No. Wellora provides wellness education, functional health insight, and lifestyle support. Medical diagnosis and treatment should always come from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
Recommendations are shaped around your symptoms, routines, priorities, available information, and what feels realistic for your life. The goal is not to hand you a generic wellness checklist.
Depending on your situation, testing may relate to areas such as digestion, hormones, nutrient status, stress response, metabolism, energy, or other wellness patterns. The goal is always to choose testing intentionally rather than collect more data for its own sake.
