The practitioner behind a clearer approach to wellness

Wellora was created for people who want more time, more context, and practical support that considers the whole health story-not just one symptom at a time.

FDN-P

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner

My work starts with listening before recommending.

My interest in functional wellness grew from a simple observation: people often know something feels off long before they have language for the pattern. I wanted a way to slow down, ask better questions, and connect the details that rushed conversations can miss.
That led me toward functional nutrition, lab-informed wellness, and coaching styles that value both useful data and the everyday realities that shape health.
Today, my work focuses on helping adults make sense of persistent low energy, digestive discomfort, sleep changes, hormone shifts, stress patterns, and other concerns that seem to overlap.

Care can feel more useful when there is room for the whole story.

“I created Wellora to offer the kind of care I value: enough time to listen, useful tools for deeper insight, and practical guidance that fits real life.”

Wellora is built around curiosity, context, and realistic support. Functional testing may be one piece of the process, but it is never the whole process. The goal is to understand what matters, reduce noise, and make your next steps easier to act on.
More time
Space to talk through what has changed, what you have tried, and what matters now.
More context
Symptoms, routines, history, and available data are considered together.
More practicality
Recommendations are shaped around real schedules, preferences, and priorities.

What guides the way I work.

These principles shape how I listen, review information, communicate recommendations, and support progress over time.
01

Listen First

I start with your experience, not a preset protocol. The details you notice are part of the information we work with.
02

Connect the Dots

Symptoms, routines, health history, and relevant data make more sense when they are reviewed as one connected picture.
03

Use Data Wisely

Testing can add context when it is useful. It should support clearer decisions-not create more confusion or unnecessary complexity.
04

Keep It Practical

A plan only helps when it can work in your actual life. We prioritize realistic changes you can understand and maintain.

For people who know something feels off, even when the picture is not obvious.

Many clients arrive with several concerns at once. These patterns often overlap, which is why I look at the broader picture instead of treating each concern as a separate issue.
01

Energy & Recovery

Low energy, afternoon crashes, slower recovery, or feeling tired even when you are making healthier choices.
02

Digestion & Gut Patterns

Bloating, digestive discomfort, food-related concerns, or changes that seem connected to how you feel overall.
03

Stress, Sleep & Resilience

Restless sleep, difficulty winding down, feeling wired and tired, or noticing that stress seems to amplify other concerns.
04

Hormone & Metabolic Changes

Shifts in mood, appetite, cycles, body composition, or blood-sugar patterns that feel harder to predict.
Every health story is different. These are common areas of support, not a checklist you need to match before starting a conversation.
