Harbourside Business Park
Harbourside Estates manages 18 tenants across five buildings, and nearly a third of employees were already driving electric. Demand for charging was outpacing the park’s single standby supply.
Evolta surveyed the site, modelled demand for the next decade and designed a combined AC and DC installation that shares one new 800 kVA connection through dynamic load balancing. Staff bays are access-controlled; the visitor forecourt accepts contactless payment.

What Went Into The Ground.
The site received a new 800 kVA connection, 1.4 km of ducting and cabling, and a load management controller that shares power between 28 chargers in real time.
The programme ran in three overnight phases, so every tenant kept full car park access throughout.
