Working With BaseFix

Is the inspection really free?

Yes. The on-site inspection, photo report and written quote are free with no obligation. We’d rather earn your trust with clear evidence than pressure.

Hairline vertical cracks are often shrinkage. Horizontal, stair-step, or cracks wider than ¼″ — especially ones that grow or let in water — should be inspected. We measure and map them so you can see the difference.

It depends on the cause and the system needed. Minor crack repair can be a few hundred dollars; pier systems are priced per pier. You’ll get a fixed, itemised quote before any work starts, and financing is available.

Most waterproofing and pier jobs are completed in 1–3 days. Crawl-space encapsulation usually takes 1–2 days. We’ll give you a schedule in writing.
