Agreco began in 2011 on a 4-hectare family plot in the rolling hills of the countryside. Founders Marcus and Elena Rossi had a simple, stubborn belief: that the food you feed your family should be grown the same way you’d grow it yourself — with patience, care, and zero shortcuts.
What started as weekend markets and handwritten delivery notes grew, season by season, into a network of farms, a committed team of growers, and a supply chain that today reaches thousands of homes, restaurants, and retailers who share the same values.
“We never wanted to be the biggest farm. We wanted to be the one you could trust. Fourteen years later, that’s still the only metric that matters to us.”
— Marcus Rossi, Co-Founder & Head Farmer
At Agreco, we believe the future of agriculture comes from balancing productivity and responsibility. We combine practical field experience with modern tools to help farms.
Marcus and Elena plant their first certified organic vegetable beds on the family property in Emilia, Italy. Every weekend, they sell at the local market — selling out by 9am every single time.
Our mission has never changed since the day Marcus and Elena planted their first row of tomatoes: grow food the right way, take care of the land that takes care of us.
No synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or artificial fertilisers — ever.
Full transparency from soil to shelf. We publish our practices, share our certifications,.
Fair wages above industry standard for every farmer and worker in our supply chain.
We run open farm days, school programmes, and a free seasonal growing guide.
Join us in building sustainable supply networks that prioritize quality and long-term value.
