What's included in the listed price?
Every booking includes the room, that studio’s core equipment, gigabit Wi-Fi, the coffee bar and an on-site host who handles setup and breakdown.
How does half-day vs. full-day pricing work?
Half-day covers any 4 consecutive hours, full-day covers 8. Both are noticeably cheaper per hour than booking ad-hoc, and you can split your time between morning and afternoon.
Do you offer discounts for multi-day projects?
Yes — Project pricing applies to two days or more and unlocks volume discounts on add-ons, priority booking and a dedicated point of contact.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your shoot (72h for Production). Inside that window we offer free rescheduling or a credit for a future booking.
Can I bring my own crew and equipment?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own crew, gear, props and stylists. Our host will help you load in and out.
