Getting Started

You can schedule your first appointment by calling our office, using our online booking system, or filling out the contact form on our website. Our care coordination team will reach out within 24 hours to help match you with the right provider.
Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment lasting 60-90 minutes. Your provider will review your history, discuss your concerns and goals, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
During your initial consultation, our care team will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your needs, goals, and preferences. Based on this evaluation, we’ll recommend the most appropriate services and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to you.

Appointments

Individual therapy sessions typically last 50-60 minutes. Initial assessments may take 60-90 minutes. Couples and family sessions are usually 60-75 minutes. Group therapy sessions run approximately 90 minutes.
Yes, we offer secure video sessions for most of our services. Telehealth appointments provide the same quality care with added convenience. Some services, like initial psychiatric evaluations, may require an in-person visit.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Insurance & Payment
