Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book a charter?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for weekday charters and 4-6 weeks for weekend & holiday bookings. During peak season (May-September), booking 2-3 months ahead ensures availability for your preferred yacht and date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations 7-14 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability and weather conditions.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, modifications can be made up to 72 hours before your charter, subject to availability. Changes to date, time, or yacht selection may incur additional fees depending on the modification type.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your charter.
Charter Experience
What is included in the charter price?
All charters include a professional captain & crew, fuel, safety equipment, basic refreshments, snorkeling gear, and insurance. Premium packages include gourmet catering, premium beverages, water toys, and personalized concierge services.
How many guests can join a charter?
Guest capacity varies by yacht, ranging from 6 to 50 guests. For safety and comfort, we strictly adhere to capacity limits. Contact us for specific yacht capacities and recommendations based on your group size.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages on most charters. However, we recommend our catering services for a truly seamless experience. A small corkage fee may apply for outside beverages.
Are children allowed on charters?
Absolutely! We welcome families with children of all ages. Child-sized life jackets are provided, and our crew is experienced in ensuring safety for young passengers. Some yacht models are more family-friendly than others.
Safety & Weather
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Our captain makes the final decision regarding weather safety, typically 24-48 hours before departure.
What safety equipment is on board?
All yachts are equipped with life jackets for all passengers, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, flares, VHF radios, GPS navigation, and emergency beacons. Our crew is trained in first aid and safety procedures.
Do I need boating experience?
No experience is necessary! All our charters come with a professional captain and crew who handle navigation and safety. You can simply relax and enjoy the journey, or if interested, learn some basics from our experienced crew.

Can I host a wedding or proposal on a yacht?
Yes! We specialize in romantic experiences including proposals, weddings, anniversaries & honeymoons. Our concierge team can arrange flowers, champagne, photographers, officiants, and custom decorations to make your moment unforgettable.
Do you offer corporate event packages?
We offer comprehensive corporate packages including team building activities, client entertainment, product launches, and executive retreats. Customized catering, AV equipment, and meeting spaces can be arranged.
Can we customize the itinerary?
Absolutely! While we have popular routes, our captains work with you to create custom itineraries. Whether you want to visit specific destinations, anchor for swimming, or catch a sunset at a particular spot, we accommodate your preferences.
