Requirements:

Experience

4+ years of proven experience in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Social).

Track Record

Proven ability to drive measurable Organic Growth and significant Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for clients.

Technical Fluency

Deep proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and leading marketing automation/CRM platforms.

Communication

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and internal team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the Discovery & Plan phase for new clients, defining KPIs and developing comprehensive, cross-channel strategies (SEO, PPC, Social, Content).

  • Serve as the strategic oversight for the Build & Launch phase, ensuring all tactical work aligns with the core growth objectives.

  • Conduct detailed market and competitive analysis to identify clear market advantages for clients.

  • Define and optimize the Customer Journey and marketing funnels for maximum conversion rates.

Analytics & Performance:

  • Own the Watch & Improve phase, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations to scale successful campaigns.

  • Provide sophisticated reporting that focuses on ROI and key business outcomes, not just surface-level metrics.

  • Maintain data integrity and proficiency in CRM/analytics tools to support all strategic decisions.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Foster Truly Integrated teamwork across the SEO, Content, Development, and PPC teams, ensuring a cohesive effort.

  • Present strategies and results to clients with clarity and confidence, acting as the primary strategic consultant.

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and algorithm changes to ensure Raddix is Built for Speed and agility.

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field.

Certifications

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are highly preferred.
