The discipline of making

From here, artisans translate drawings into three-dimensional form. Wax models are carved or printed, then refined under magnification. Setting is a high art. Each seat is cut to embrace the gemstone precisely; prongs are shaped and tensioned for both protection and light. Pavé requires micro-precision; bezel settings demand architectural purity. Our setters use loupes and steady hands to secure stones without stress, then polish the metal edges to a liquid line.
