Ingredients:
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add tofu cubes, cook until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
