Mango Lassi

A traditional Indian yogurt-based drink, sweet, creamy, and perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Mango lassi is a classic summer favorite.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • ½ cup yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for vegan)
  • ¼ cup milk or water

  1. Blend mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom until smooth.
  2. Chill before serving or serve with ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom or saffron threads.
