Ingredients:

  • 500g shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice pilaf: heat olive oil, sauté onion, add rice, and toast for 2 minutes. Add broth and cook until fluffy.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant.
