Crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned, these zucchini fries are a healthier alternative to traditional fries. Serve with your favorite dip for a tasty snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip zucchini sticks into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place on baking sheet, lightly spray with cooking oil.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve with dipping sauce.
