Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna sheets
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  4. Layer lasagna sheets, spinach-ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella.
