Classic Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients:

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Grease ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Fold in melted chocolate and flour.
  5. Pour into ramekins, bake 10–12 mins until edges set but center is soft.
  6. Invert onto plates, dust with powdered sugar, serve warm.
