Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or access code. All our cleaners are fully insured, bonded, and background-checked for your peace of mind.
A standard residential cleaning for a 2-bedroom apartment takes about 2–3 hours. Larger homes and deep cleans may take longer. We’ll give you an accurate estimate before we start.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing depends on the size of your space, type of cleaning, and frequency. We offer free, no-obligation quotes — reach out and we’ll tailor a plan to your budget.
Yes! We offer 10% off weekly plans, 7% off bi-weekly plans, and 5% off monthly plans. The more often we clean, the more you save.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. Payment is due after each cleaning is completed to your satisfaction.
Never. The quote we give you is the price you pay. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope, we’ll always discuss it with you first.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We can typically schedule a cleaning within 24–48 hours of your request, subject to availability. For same-day service, call us directly.
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.
Of course. Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll adjust your schedule. We understand life gets busy and we’re happy to be flexible.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with any aspect of the cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean the area at no extra cost.
