Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within the United States and select international locations. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.

How long do Candle products typically burn?

Our burn times vary by type:

Jar Candles: 45–60 hours
Pillar Candles: 40–50 hours
Tea Lights: 4–6 hours

For the best experience, trim your wick before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface.

Ordering & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

If your candle arrives damaged or you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start preparing orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

We take great care with packaging, but if something arrives broken or leaking, simply email us a photo at support@candleshop.com , and we’ll replace it right away.

Candle Care & Safety

How do I properly care for my Candle products?

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, and allow the wax to melt fully across the surface to avoid tunneling. Keep your candle away from drafts and never leave it unattended while lit.

Why is my candle tunneling or smoking?

Tunneling happens when the wax isn’t melted to the edge — always burn long enough on the first light. If your candle smokes, the wick may be too long — trim it slightly and relight for a clean burn.

How do I clean my candle jar for reuse?

Once the wax is used up, freeze the jar for a few hours — the leftover wax will pop out easily. Wipe with warm soapy water, and your jar is ready to be repurposed or recycled.

Is it safe to burn candles around pets?

Yes, our candles are made with non-toxic, pet-safe ingredients. However, always burn them in a well-ventilated area and out of reach of curious paws or tails.
